Inspired by the artist Sebastian Freytag as part of courses in collaboration with the Kunstmuseum Mülheim an der Ruhr and accompanied by art-scientific analyses and archive work under the direction of Kerstin Meincke, the students are exploring the visibility and potential of these works of art. The exhibition reflects the perception of art in architecture in a school context and opens up contemporary future perspectives, showing the view of a generation that feels it belongs to a differentiated, inclusive and diverse artistic language. The exhibition aims to open up new ways of social co-operation from an artistic perspective for teaching at schools and universities. The artistic results focus primarily on the medium of mural painting, while collaborative approaches utilise the exhibition space as a holistic installation space.
